Marketing Manager

Overview:

FUSE is one of London’s essential underground event brands & respected record labels and we currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to join the team.

We are looking for someone with a passion for marketing and a keen interest in electronic music. You will take the lead on developing marketing strategies for promoting all our London and Global events as well as working across our music labels and merchandise platforms.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

EVENTS

  • Strategic campaign planning for all events including ticketing

  • Deliver creative and profitable campaigns

  • Liaising directly with artists and artist managements to run successful promotional campaigns for all events

  • Create a strong working relationship with artists, management, external promoters, videographers, events manager, creative & graphic designer

  • Asset creation (artwork, photos, videos, etc.)

  • Source and manage press, online, radio for each project

  • Working closely with management to deliver creative, innovative and efficient digital advertising and social media campaigns

  • Managing digital accounts and budgets

  • Delivering marketing reports to management

  • Create and send weekly newsletters

  • Coordinate any poster & flyering campaigns alongside the events manager

  • Update website regularly with new & latest content / events

  • Increase growth on all social media platforms

  • Create relevant strategies to grow our online database

  • Coordinate posting schedule with promoters & maximise the content provided by the promoters

  • Strategic planning and implementation of creating new social media / music platforms for both INFUSE and LEVEL brands


MUSIC

  • Working closely with the A&R team to coordinate product delivery and campaign timelines

  • Create a strong working relationship with the label manager, press agent, A&R team and graphic designer to deliver high quality releases

  • Digital asset creation for FUSE & INFUSE releases (artwork, photos, videos, etc.)

  • Source and manage press, online, radio for each project (potentially engage with press agent)

  • Increase growth on all social media & streaming platforms i.e Spotify

  • Working closely with management to deliver creative, innovative and efficient digital advertising and social media campaigns

  • Strategic campaign plans on creating ads for selling Music

  • Implementation of all FUSE & INFUSE back catalogue of music onto the FUSE website

  • Update website regularly with new & latest content / music


MUSIC LABEL RELEASE PLANS

  • FUSE London will release 9 x EP’s a year

  • INFUSE will release 12 x EP’s a year

MERCHANDISE

  • Strategic campaign planning for Merchandise sales

  • Deliver creative and profitable campaigns

  • Liaising directly with management and merchandiser to deliver strategic campaigns

  • Managing digital accounts and budgets alongside accountant and merchandiser

  • Create and send newsletters to increase merchandise sales

  • Increase growth on all social media platforms

  • Update website regularly with new & latest content / merchandise

  • Create relevant strategies to grow our online database

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience for a London based brand

  • Ability to confidently plan, manage and deliver campaigns to a high standard

  • Experience liaising with artists, managers and other third party clients

  • Motivated to work with a fast moving and rapidly developing company

  • Capable of juggling various tasks/projects at the same time

  • Knowledgeable about market trends, music industry developments and digital innovations

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Skills in photoshop, Mailchimp, Squarespace (prefered but not essential)

  • A team player with creative ideas and a positive attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion for music and nightlife

  • Willing to work extended hours and occasional weekends

  • Present during all events
