Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and purchasing tracking/ delivery confirmation. In the event that a customer forgoes secured tracking, Fuse Merch is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and international customers are responsible for any duties/taxes that may apply. Fuse Merch reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
