Returns

You can return items purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be in a sellable condition, with all original tags attached. Online returns must include a print out of the original email order confirmation receipt.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and purchasing tracking/ delivery confirmation. In the event that a customer forgoes secured tracking, Fuse Merchandise is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and international customers are responsible for any duties/taxes that may apply. Fuse Merchandise reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
